I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
No worries! Simply head to the log in page and look for the “forgot password” link below the box where you normally sign in. You will be asked for your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password. It only takes a few moments.
How do I log in?
Logging in is easy! Just click on the SIGN IN button at the top of the page or go here to sign into your account. Use your login details to sign in and access all the features of your account including discounts, new products and exclusive offers.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel any time! Simply log into your account, go to settings and select Cancel Membership. We will immediately send you an email confirming your cancellation and no further charges of any kind will be made.
What is the return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience, so they’ve made returning or exchanging products easy-peasy! Simply return the empty and unused portion of your PureHealth Research product order within 1 year of your billing date for a full refund of the product price.
How long until I get my money back?
Once we receive your returned package, they’ll process your refund within 72 hours. After that, it may take up to 5 business days for the Bank to process the refund to your credit card. So, in no time at all, you’ll have your money back in your pocket!
Who do I contact for a refund?
If you need to request a refund or exchange, just contact PureHealth Research’s friendly customer support center 24 hours a day at support@purehealthresearch.com or give them a ring at (888) 558-9836. They’ll provide you with an Exchange Merchandise Number (EMA#) and the Return Address so you can send back your product with ease.
How long does it take for my product to arrive?
We do our best to make sure your order is shipped in a timely manner from the moment you order it. Our average delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days but that can vary depending on your specific location. All orders processed after 2:30 ET will be shipped the next business day and that orders placed on a Friday or U.S. holiday will be shipped the following business day.
My product never arrived. What do I do?
If your product never arrived, don’t worry! Just contact our friendly customer support team by calling them toll-free at (888) 558-9836 or send an email to support@purehealthresearch.com. Remember to include your order number if inquiring about an order. They’ll be happy to help you out!
Do you offer same day shipping?
Currently we do not offer same day shipping but we do offer a variety of standard and priority shipping options. You can see these options on the checkout page of the individual product you are shopping for and can make your selection there.
What if I am not home when the order arrives?
Our shipping partners will try again to deliver your product if no one is at home to receive it. Otherwise they will follow any pre- arranged instructions you have set with that delivery carrier. It’s always a good idea to check with the carrier to see what their policy is for missed deliveries.
Are there import/export taxes on my order?
For orders shipped within the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands, shipping is free regardless of order value. For international orders, standard international fees will apply regardless of order value.
Where are you shipping the products from?
All products are shipped from our facilities located in the United States. We use various shipping locations in order to shorten the time it takes to arrive at your door.
What is the international shipping time frame?
International shipping times may vary depending on the country you live in. We strive to get all our products to you as fast as possible but often international carriers, customs, and controls in certain countries can slow the process. Rest assured that you will receive notice from us regarding all changes in delivery times for your order.

Can I buy Your products at Walmart or CVS stores?
PureHealth Research currently offers select products in select stores in certain areas around the United States. Please check with your specific store to see if they carry our individual products. All of our products are sold online through this website and can be purchased provided the item is in stock.
Can I take it with current medications?

All of our products are third party tested and manufactured in top of the line, state of the art facilities.
Do you have a physical store?
All of our products are sold directly to consumer through our website and we do not currently have any physical stores. However, several of our individual products can be found in the physical stores of our partners. The products available vary by store and location.
Do you send hard copies of books instead of ebooks?
Currently all of our information products like books, guides or protocols are available in digital download format only.
